Lieu (D-Los Angeles County) issued the following statement after the House passed H.R. 2476, Securing American Nonprofit Organizations Against Terrorism Act of 2019. This bill authorizes the Department of Homeland Security's Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) and increases its funding from $60 million to $75 million.
