Submissions for the 2026 Congressional App Challenge are now open.
The deadline to submit your app online is Monday, October 26, 2026 at 9 AM Pacific Time/12 PM Eastern Time. Call our Los Angeles office at (323) 651-1040 if you have any questions.

Congressional App Challenge Rules and Guidelines
Student Eligibility:
- This challenge is open to middle and high school students
- Students must either attend school or reside in CA-36
- If competing as a team, at least half of the teammates must be eligible to compete in the district in which they are participating in.
- All competing students must be U.S. residents at the time of submission. There is no citizen requirement for students.
