WASHINGTON — Top Democrats are demanding that the White House address the issues people are concerned about regarding the coronavirus. These range from paid sick leave to free testing kits for people who need them, like people across California in areas impacted by the virus.
WASHINGTON - On Saturday, Congressman Ted W. Lieu (D-Los Angeles County) hosted his congressional district's sixth-annual reception for the Congressional Art Competition at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills. Students from 15 different high schools submitted 273 pieces of art for this year's competition. These submissions included 110 photographs, 66 paintings, 50 drawings, 28 mixed-media pieces, and 19 other pieces that included computer-generated art.

President Donald Trump has described the World Health Organization's (WHO) assessment of the COVID-19 global death rate as being based on a "false number."
In a phone interview with Fox News, the president said he believed coronavirus rates were closer to "a fraction of one percent," and not the 3.4 percent rate that the WHO stated.
