Lieu (D-Los Angeles County) issued the following statement after the House passed the Copyright Alternative in Small-Claims Enforcement Act, or CASE Act, this week. This bill creates the Copyright Claims Board, a body within the U.S. Copyright Office to decide small claims copyright disputes.
