Mia Fienberg, a junior at Beverly Hills High School, won first place at the ninth annual Congressional Art Competition at the Otis College of Art and Design, hosted by U.S. Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Los Angeles). Students from 16 high schools submitted 206 pieces of art for this year's competition.
