The Task Force, which includes Representatives Ted Deutch (D-FL), Chris Smith (R-NJ), Marc Veasey (D-TX), Kay Granger (R-TX), Grace Meng (D-NY), Randy Weber (R-TX), and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), will work with the Biden Administration, foreign leaders, civil society organizations and other Members of Congress to root out antisemitism and memorialize the Holocaust.

Reps. Ted Lieu (D-CA) and Grace Meng (D-NY) have been named co-chairs of the House Bipartisan Task Force for Combating Antisemitism for the 117th Congress.

Meng and Lieu replace former Reps. Eliot Engel (D-NY) — who lost his primary challenge last year — and Nita Lowey (D-NY), who retired at the end of the last Congress after 16 terms.
