McDonald visited the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center to announce that a groundbreaking settlement has been reached by the parties in the pending appeal in Valentini v. McDonald. The agreement will address ending homelessness among Veterans in Los Angeles and will include the development of a comprehensive master plan followed by robust implementation.
