Attendees heard speakers from the United States Air Force Academy, United States Military Academy, United States Naval Academy, United States Coast Guard Academy and the United States Merchant Marine Academy.

The CSW is a global intergovernmental body dedicated to promoting gender equity and the empowerment of women, including through encouraging women's political participation.
